Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Burnaby
Salary Range: $98K - $110K base
About the Company:We are partnered with one of Canada's leading food and beverage manufacturers. They are looking for a HR Manager to join their team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
10+ years in HR, 2+ years as a manager.
Skilled in handling employee issues and full-cycle recruitment.
Experienced in performance management, engagement, and HR processes.
Holds a Degree/Diploma in HR or related field, with CPHR designation.
Familiar with diverse workplaces and CPG industry.
Strong in managing change in complex environments.
Requirements:
Ensure HR compliance and coordinate policies.
Lead recruitment and support plant operations.
Expertise in HR tools and projects.
Advocate for employees and collaborate with management.
Track recruiting metrics and contribute to engagement plans.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with HRIS, French proficiency, and government training programs.
Additional Details:
Regular travel to the BC plant once per week and the ON plant four times per year.
Participation in various committees including Social and Health & Safety Committees.
