Monteur/Câbleur
Résumé du poste :
Le Monteur(euse) - Câbleur(euse) travaillera sous la supervision du gestionnaire de production. En tant que Monteur(euse) - Câbleur(euse), vous serez responsable de l'assemblage et du câblage précis des panneaux de contrôle utilisés dans les systèmes d'automatisation industrielle. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les ingénieurs et les techniciens pour garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des produits finis, conformément aux normes de l'industrie et aux exigences du client.
Responsabilités :
Monter et assembler les composants électriques et électroniques dans les panneaux de contrôle, en suivant les schémas électriques et les plans de conception;
Effectuer le câblage précis des composants selon les spécifications techniques et les normes de sécurité en vigueur;
Collaborer avec les ingénieurs et les techniciens pour optimiser les processus d'assemblage et de câblage, en proposant des améliorations techniques si nécessaire;
Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sûr, en suivant les procédures de sécurité et en utilisant l'équipement de protection approprié;
À l'occasion, apporter un soutien à l'équipe d'électromécaniciens sur la fabrication des équipements servant aux systèmes robotisés produits par la compagnie;
Formation et qualifications :
Diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) en électricité, en électromécanique ou dans un domaine connexe.
Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de bureau.
Formation complémentaire en assemblage de panneaux de contrôle ou en câblage électrique serait un atout.
Certification en sécurité électrique ou tout autre certificat pertinent serait appréciée.
Conditions de travail :
Ce poste est principalement basé en atelier, avec possibilité de participation occasionnelle aux chantiers d'installation sur les sites clients selon l'intérêt et l'expertise de l'employé.
