Organiser la veille technologique pour se ternir à jour en TI;
Coordonner l'implantation de nouveaux systèmes selon les directives de la direction;
Gérer l'inventaire des technologies et équipements, en planifier le renouvellement;
Exécuter la mise en place des tableaux de bord convenus;
Réaliser les changements dans les applications selon le plan d'optimisation.
Soutien des TI:
Faire du support de première ligne aux usagers;
Coordonner les services techniques externes.
Diplôme d'études collégiales en informatique ou toute autre combinaison de formations pertinentes ou dans un domaine connexe;
Expérience (2-3 années) dans un rôle semblable;
Facilité à travailler dans un contexte de multitâche;
Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles;
Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en même temps;
QUALITÉS RECHERCHÉES:
Bonne gestion du stress et des priorités;
Dynamisme et attitude positive;
Proactivité;
Souci de l'amélioration continue:
Sens de l'organisation;
Aptitude à travailler en équipe;
Rigueur.
