Monitoring the hotel pool area to ensure the safety of our guests at all timesProviding friendly, attentive service and assisting guests with their needsPerforming regular pool checks and maintaining proper chemical levelsResponding quickly and calmly to any emergencies or incidentsCompleting detailed incident reports and following all hotel safety protocolsEnsuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area What we need from you Current lifeguard certification and CPR/First Aid trainingStrong swimming abilities and excellent surveillance skillsPrior experience working as a lifeguard, ideally in a hotel or resort settingA friendly, approachable demeanor and commitment to exceptional guest serviceAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays What you can expect from us
