Ben jij een technische specialist met een passie voor betrouwbaarheid en innovatie? Wil je werken in een dynamische omgeving waar jouw expertise cruciaal is voor de voedsel-, papier-, karton- en chemische industrie? Dan hebben wij dé uitdaging voor jou! In deze rol transformeren we tarwe tot waardevolle eindproducten zoals eiwitten, zetmelen, vloeibare suikers (glucose- en fructosestropen), kristallijne dextrose, en bio-ethanol. Daarnaast beschikken we over eigen energievoorzieningen waarmee we zelf elektriciteit en stoom opwekken.
Verantwoordelijkheden
Betrouwbaarheid garanderen: Zorg dragen voor de betrouwbaarheid van machines en installaties.
Preventief onderhoud: Samenwerken met het onderhoudsteam om storingen te voorkomen en de beschikbaarheid te maximaliseren.
Gegevensanalyse: Trends identificeren en verbeteringen voorstellen door het analyseren van gegevens.
Onderhoudsprogramma's: Ontwikkelen en implementeren van onderhoudsprogramma's en -procedures.
Optimalisatie: Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om de prestaties van de apparatuur te optimaliseren en de productiekosten te verlagen.
Profiel
Diploma Industrieel Ingenieur Elektromechanica.
Hands-on mentaliteit en bereidheid om op locatie storingen op te sporen en werk te volgen.
Eerste relevante werkervaring.
Kennis van relevante software en tools.
Sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen.
Bekendheid met MS Office.
Motivatie, communicatieve vaardigheden en flexibiliteit.
Dynamisch, resultaatgericht en zelfstandig.
Sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin met oog voor veiligheid, voedselveiligheid en milieu.
Bereidheid om voortdurend bij te leren.
