Comptable Junior Diplômé - Jette - Environnement Familial et Encadrement Une fiduciaire du côté de Jette/Laeken, est actuellement à la recherche d'un comptable junior afin de rejoindre une petite équipe de quatre personnes.
La fiduciaire a été créé il y a maintenant une dizaine d'années, et peut compter sur une clientèle que l'on peut considérer de familial, tant les liens créés avec la gérante et les collaborateurs sont fort.
L'approche, est une approche très orientée sur l'accompagnement des entrepreneurs dans leur développement et non pas uniquement une approche basée sur les chiffres.
Si le conseil clients, et le fait de vous sentir utile et valorisé dans votre métier vous intéresse, cette fiduciaire pourra sans doute vous correspondre, et vous permettre de débuter votre carrière avec de bonnes bases.
Vos responsabilités | Jette - Comptable - EPHEC Vous venez de rejoindre la fiduciaire et après un petit-déjeuner commun avec l'équipe qui fait cela régulièrement, vous prenez vos fonctions de comptable dans un premier temps aux côtés de vos deux collègues expérimentés.
Après quelques jours d'observation, vos premières tâches vous sont données, et votre formation débute.
Votre travail vous est enseigné directement par les gérantes de la fiduciaire, et votre travail est systématiquement revu par une autre personne.
Vous prenez de l'autonomie au fur et à mesure, et commencez à travailler de plus en plus seul avec la confiance, de vos gérantes et collègues qui ne sont pas toujours présents au bureau (meetings clients, télétravail, vacances,…).
Avec le temps, vous réalisez les déclarations de TVA, déclarations ISOC et IPP, et participez à la préparation des comptes annuels.
Dès que cela est possible, vous participez aux meetings clients, ce qui vous permettra également de vous familiariser avec les activités de ces derniers et ainsi mieux comprendre leurs problématiques.
Profil et parcours | Jette - Comptable - EPHEC •Vous êtes diplômé d'un Bachelier en Comptabilité, ou d'un Master dans un domaine relatif, et avez idéalement déjà eu l'occasion d'effectuer un stage vous ayant permis de découvrir le métier ; •Vous parlez couramment la langue française, et n'avez pas de problème à l'écrit.
En effet, de nombreuses communications avec les clients se faisant par email, il sera donc important d'avoir une excellente syntaxe ; •Les compétences s'acquièrent avec le temps, mais il est important que la motivation soit déjà présente.
Les gérantes souhaitant pouvoir investir du temps dans la formation d'une personne passionnée par les chiffres, elles attendent en retour une certaine motivation.
Offre & avantages | Jette - Comptable - EPHEC •Malgré votre statut junior, vous aurez déjà la possibilité de travailler comme comptable indépendant, et donc déjà bénéficier des avantages que ce statut peut procurer ; •Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les deux gérantes de la fiduciaire qui cumule une quinzaine d'années d'expérience, et profiterez directement de leurs énergies respectives, et de leur conseil avisé ; •Vous aurez la possibilité de travailler à temps partiel si vous le souhaitez (Un temps plein est également possible), vous profiterez également du télétravail ainsi que d'une indemnité télétravail pour couvrir vos coûts liés à cette pratique ; •Si vous souhaitez pouvoir poursuivre votre stage ITAA, l'une des gérantes pourra devenir votre maître de stage et vous faire bénéficier de cette formation ; •La rémunération dépendra de vos capacités et connaissances déjà acquises dans votre cursus académique, vous pouvez espérer recevoir taux horaire aux alentours des 25€.
•Si vous déviez développer une petite clientèle sur le côté avec le temps, vous aurez la possibilité d'utiliser les outils mis à disposition par la fiduciaire (ordinateurs, licences,…), afin de gérer cette clientèle.
