Onze Landsbond bestaat uit drie ziekenfondsen:
Partenamut, Helan en Freie.

Als Expert Klantenbeheer ZIV ben jij dé sleutelfiguur in het optimaliseren van klantendossiers.Werk samen met ons dynamisch team van professionals en laat jouw expertise stralen! Expert Klantenbeheer bij de Onafhankelijke Ziekenfondsen:
jouw kans om uit te blinken! Wij zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe expert die de leiding neemt in het opvolgen en toepassen van wijzigingen in de specifieke regelgeving met betrekking tot ziekte- en invaliditeitsverzekering.
In deze uitdagende rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het domein Klantenbeheer.Grondige analyse en interpretatie van reglementaire informatie, zodat je deze optimaal kunt delen met onze ziekenfondsbeheerders, waardoor zij de klantendossiers efficiënt kunnen beheren.Correct implementeren van wijzigingen in de regelgeving door nauwkeurig de impact van wettelijke bepalingen in te schatten en deze juridisch te interpreteren.Op basis van jouw gedegen analyses (her)schrijf je procedures en werk je nauw samen met analisten om de benodigde IT-aanpassingen te realiseren.Je brengt nieuwe en bestaande regelgeving duidelijk over binnen onze organisatie, waarbij je jouw kennis en expertise deelt met beheerders en verschillende ziekenfondsen.Als expert ben jij de persoon die onze ziekenfondsen en beheerders helpt met hun vragen over regelgeving en hen duidelijk de impact ervan uitlegt.Extern vertegenwoordig je het standpunt van de Landsbond en onze ziekenfondsen, bijvoorbeeld tijdens vergaderingen met het RIZIV.Je speelt een cruciale rol in het continu opleiden van jouw collega's door deel te nemen aan hoogwaardige opleidingsprojecten.

Je spreekt dan samen een datum af voor een langer gesprek.
Profiel Jij hebt een grote affiniteit met wet- en regelgeving, en met de bijhorende teksten.
Je maakt ze begrijpelijk voor je collega's en verduidelijkt hun impact op het dagelijks beheer van de dienst.
Je moet dus een sterk analytisch en synthetisch vermogen hebben, alsook methodisch en pragmatisch te werk gaan.
Je bent communicatie- en luistervaardig en je houdt ervan je besluiten te presenteren aan en te delen met een publiek.
Teamwork is enorm belangrijk bij Klantenbeheer.

Een bachelorof masterdiplomaErvaring met analyse en opstelling van reglementaire teksten is een mustErvaring in de ziekenhuisof verzekeringssector in het domein van de ziekenfondsen is een pluspunt.Dossierbeheerders uit de ziekenfondswereld die al werken met de wetgeving, komen ook in aanmerking; we staan ook open voor gelijkaardige ervaringen in het kader van stages, projecten of eindwerken.Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands of Frans; minstens actieve kennisvan de andere landstaalAffiniteit met en interesse voor informaticatoepassingen is een must om je goed te voelen in deze rol.
