About the Role

Due to sustainable growth, we are searching for an Office Administrator to join our inclusive Archerfield, QLD based office on a permanent, full-time position.

Reporting to the Office Manager/ Executive Assistant, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the administration of our Information Technology Office.

This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our company's day-to-day operations and will involve providing clerical support to managers and employees, coordinating administrative activities, and maintaining office efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

This role will involve the following key duties and responsibilities:

Booking Meetings and Scheduling and hosting Events
Raising Purchase Orders
Greeting customers, suppliers and visitors when required
Maintaining presentation of reception and Meeting rooms to a high standard in line with corporate and brand guidelines
Ensuring customer expectations and standards are understood and delivered within agreed timeframes
Ensuring financial processes and systems are complied with

Essential requirements:

You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

Minimum 1-year experience working in an administrative role (desirable)
Minimum 1-year experience working in an Accounts Payable or similar Administrative position
Excellent computer knowledge working with MS Suite
Proven stakeholder and customer engagement with a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and confidence
Excellent verbal and written skills
