Description:
Launceston General Hospital Cardiology Department invite applications for Advanced Trainees in Cardiology who have successfully completed RACP exams and are contemplating core training in cardiology in 2025.
The Launceston General Hospital is a tertiary referral hospital, and teaching hospital of the University of Tasmania Medical School.
Its Cardiology Department has a busy academic and clinical training program that services a population of 250,000 in Northern Tasmania.
It is staffed by eight cardiologists and offers a full range of invasive and non-invasive services.
The position is accredited for a full (three years) core training in cardiology and there are currently two accredited and one non-accredited advanced trainees in the Department.

Salary:
Medical Practitioner Level 5-11 $134,930 - $189,005 per annum, pro rata + 11.5% superannuation + access to salary packaging - Salary range is in accordance with Medical Practitioners Agreement 2022.
