The Role
Converting referred leads and enquiries
Prospecting for new leads using the clients extensive database
Suggesting and running marketing campaigns
Develop and maintain client relationships to retain managements
Arranging and conducting appraisals
Ad hoc administration duties
Conducting open homes and private inspections

The Candidate
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration essential
Direct experience in a Business Development role with proven track record
Be self-motivated and driven to succeed
You will be well-presented, organized and have excellent administration skills
Valid driver's license
