In this role, you will be based out of our MENA regional office in Dubai and will be reporting to Digital Planning Lead, MENA.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital media plans across Meta, TT, Snap, Google, and programmatic networks, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
Leverage your expertise in media planning to create strategies that effectively engage consumers throughout the entire consumer journey, from awareness to conversion.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in digital media, constantly seeking opportunities to optimize marketing initiatives.
Analyze data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
Understand the unique media behaviors and preferences of consumers in the MENA market, specifically in KSA and UAE, to tailor media plans accordingly.
Experience in influencers marketing and activating campaigns
Social listening experience to gather data from social listening tool and manually from social platforms.

Requirements:

Education:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or a related field is often required. Some employers may prefer candidates with a master's degree.
Experience :
Previous experience in digital planning with minimal 3 years' experience. working on a FMCG account is a plus.
Analytical Skills :
Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
Communication Skills :
Fluency in English and Arabic is must.
Tech-Savvy :
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Tiktok ad manager.
Creativity:
The ability to drive innovation in media that resonate with the target audience.
Team Collaboration:
Collaboration with other team members, including creative agency, acquisition team, marketing and sales.
Budget Management :
Experience in managing budgets effectively to achieve campaign goals while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
