Financial Due Diligence Director Transaction Services Financial Due Diligence Director Transaction ServicessAs a Director within our Financial Due Diligence Deals team, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy through to execution.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively lead the practise by setting strategy and drive the development of new business in the marketProvide technical advice across disciplinesBuilding strong networks within the firm to spot and capitalize on opportunitiesIdentify and discuss key issues with our clients potential opportunitiesManage day to day client communicationsShape and deliver various projects that exceed the expectations of our clients and our own assignment quality criteriaManage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the teamManagement of engagement financialsHelping to grow and develop our team through hands on training and coachingIdentifying and understanding key drivers of a business and potential deal breakers (financial and non-financial)Writing and reviewing financial due diligence (buy-side, sell-side or refinancing) reports for our corporate, banking and private equity clientsHelp management and boards arrive at informed decisions, by providing credible valuation analysisEstablish credibility with existing clients by demonstrating subject matter expertise and knowledgeContribute to pursuit teams and proposal development including innovative approaches and methodologies tailored to address specific client requirementsManage teams, coaching and supporting team development and sharing technical knowledge across the national and global PwC networkAssist and take part in various internal initiatives (such as digitization, industry specialization, etc.) and in business development Disclaimer:
