1) Proteins formed on ribosomes that are attached to the ER

2) Nascent proteins are transferred into the ER and the signal sequence cleaved.

3) They then go to Golgi complex

4) In the Golgi the proteins are concentrated and transffered into zymogen granuales

5) Zymogen granuales released and go to surface of the cell.
