IT support employee / IT system administrator (m/f/d) Your tasks in detail:
Support and supervision of users in 1st and 2nd level support Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems and applications; including servers, laptops, tablets, smartphones and printers Participation in IT projects and the development of ideas to improve IT processes Coordination, coordination and communication with external service providers and internal departments Management of user accounts, access rights and security guidelines Training employees on IT best practices and security protocols.
Identifying IT problems and developing efficient solutions.
Escalation of complex problems to higher support levels as required Updating and maintaining IT documentation, including instructions and process documentation.
Our requirements:
Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, information technology or comparable qualification.
Practical experience in IT support, preferably in a corporate environment.
Sound knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
Knowledge in the application and support of IT/telecommunications infrastructure environments and Windows operating systems incl.
M365 Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply Ability to work in a team and customer orientation.
Independent and solution-oriented way of working.
Good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken) - additional language skills are welcome This is what we offer:
