What You Will Do as a Home Health Aide
At Stonerise Home Health, a Home Health Aide career is more than a job or a calling its a chance to leave a legacy of service and love on someones life. A legacy that will be remembered by your patients and their families forever. A legacy that will make your life better as well.
As a Home Health Aide, you will [insert job description intro]. Some of your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care to patients including, bathing, changing bed linens, assisting with dressing, etc.
- Preparing nutritious meals and assisting in feeding
- Taking vitals such as, temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
- Assisting in ambulation and exercise according to the plan of care
- Performing range of motion and other simple procedures as needed
- Assisting patients in the self-administration of medications
- Reporting on patients conditions and significant changes to the RN

- Meets training requirements in accordance with state and federal laws
- 18 years of age or older
- Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
