Als (Senior) Consultant für Infor Blending ERP sind Sie verantwortlich für die Beratung und Implementierung individuell angepasster Geschäftsprozesse, um das digitale Potenzial unserer Kunden optimal zu nutzen und echte Innovationen voranzutreiben
Zur Verstärkung unseres Infor Blending-Beratungsteams in Deutschland suchen wir ab sofort einen ( Senior) Consultant Blending ERP (m/w/d) . Der (Senior) Consultant Blending ERP ist in dieser Funktion für die selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Durchführung folgender Tätigkeiten zuständig:

Aufgaben :

Analyse der Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden und Beratung bei der Neuorganisation und Integration der Infor Produktpalette vorrangig in der Pharma und Chemie Branche.
Sie implementieren die entwickelten Geschäftslösungen unter Berücksichtigung der Zielsetzungen unserer Kunden
Koordination des Kommunikations-, Integrations- und Change Management
Projektdurchführung anhand der Infor eigenen an PMBOOK angelehntenProjektmanagement Vorgehensmodelle, sowie den jeweils kundenindividuellen Gegebenheiten
Aufwandsschätzung für aufgenommene individuelle Leistungserweiterungen im Rahmen des Projektmanagement Vorgehensmodells
Verantwortung für das Erreichen der Projektziele (Kosten, Termine u. Qualität)
Erstellen der Pflichtenhefte gem. QM-Handbuch sowie Projektzertifizierungs- und Auditierungsunterlagen
Fachliche Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops
Durchführung von Key-User-Schulungen
Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern im Rahmen der verantworteten Projekte
Kenntnisse der speziellen Anforderungen in der Pharma- und/oder Chemie Branche haben
mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Integration von Software- Lösungen und im Umgang mit ERP-Lösungen nachweisen können
Erfahrungen im Projektumfeld vorweisen können, ggf. in Verbindung mit einer entsprechenden Zertifizierung (IPMA, PMP u.ä.)
Kunden- und teamorientiert denken und handeln
Eine gewissenhafte, eigenverantwortliche und selbständige Arbeitsweise verfügen
Problemlösungskompetenzen und ein sicheres Auftreten sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise haben
