LindenGrove Mukwonago , an Illuminus Community, offers a continuum of care which includes assisted living, memory support, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults. We are passionate about offering holistic, transformative care and helping those in need rediscover their light within. Join our team as a Nurse Supervisor:
- Full-time, Day Shift
- Ability to work every other weekend (no on call responsibility)
- Salaried with Benefits
- $85k-110k ($41-53/hr)
- RN license required

Responsibilities
- Assist the DON with supervising care and management and clinical staff
- Assist in planning, organizing and directing nursing service to meet the nursing needs of our residents while maintaining quality and following process and procedures.
- Work and fill in as a floor nurse to ensure proper staffing when needed.
- Assist with planning and participating in in-service training and orientation programs.
- Ensure that all resident care plans are being followed at all times.
- Ensure that all resident move-in procedures are being completed as scheduled.
- Ensure that all resident change-outs are being completed as scheduled.
- Ensure that all resident on-boarding procedures are being completed as scheduled.
- Ensure that all resident off-boarding procedures are being completed as scheduled.
- Ensure that all residents' needs are being met at the unit as scheduled.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Active WI RN license in good standing
- Previous leadership experience (formally or informally) preferred.
- Knowledge of MDS and Medicare a plus.
- 401(k) Retirement Plan with matching
