The Senior Preconstruction Manager is responsible for the development and supervision of the Preconstruction Managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects to both internal and external clients.
Additionally, this position is responsible for assisting with identifying, developing, and closing profitable project opportunities with strategic customers, as well as the ongoing development of internal department procedures to align with the organizational vision.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite.

Typical work hours are between 7:

Monday - Friday; However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for developing their respective Preconstruction management group into a best-in-class provider through leadership and mentoring of Preconstruction Managers.
• Coordinates and appropriates workload across Preconstruction Managers based on strategic positioning and resource allocation.
• Administer proposals and review budgets for projects associated with the Preconstruction management group.
• Ensure Preconstruction Managers are delivering value-added measures to all associated projects.
• Demonstrates the ability to make strategic decisions regarding preconstruction management that optimize the overall organization.
• Develops Financial Forecasts for the respective Preconstruction management group.
• Coordinates standard operating procedures, best practices, and lessons learned with Senior Preconstruction Managers and other Preconstruction Leadership.
• Demonstrates the insight and ability to implement Preconstruction management initiatives with other functions of the business.
• Works with Preconstruction groups and operations to provide value-added technical services to external clients.
• Leads meetings and presentations to present the benefit of utilizing Faith Technologies\' Preconstruction Services.
• Tracking and monitoring Preconstruction Managers\' Key Performance Indicators.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
