Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable locksmith to join our team. As a locksmith at Real World Technologies Inc., you will play a crucial role in providing locksmith services to our clients, including installation, repair, and maintenance of locks automotive and commercial/ industrial. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in locksmithing, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain locks, keys, and security systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with locks and security systems
Provide emergency locksmith services, including lockouts and key replacements
Recommend and implement security solutions to meet client needs
Keep accurate records of all services provided and materials used
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in locksmithing techniques and technologies
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a locksmith or in a related field
Proficiency in installing and repairing various types of locks, including electronic and high-security locks
Strong knowledge of locksmithing tools and equipment
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and customer service orientation
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or licensure as a locksmith
Familiarity with Kantech, Verkada, Doorking, Net Axs, and DSC security systems
Experience working with access control systems
