This position is responsible for the construction, installation, and repair of walls, siding, commercial doors/windows, and roofs using materials such as steel, sheet metal, plastics and composites of multiple materials.

This position works between the hours of 6 AM and 6 PM, Monday- Friday.
Overtime may be required.
Schedule may vary and can include, but is not limited to:
nights, weekends, and holidays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Installs walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as:
wood, steel, metal, plastics, and composites of multiple materials.
• Fits and installs window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim using a carpenter\'s level, plumb bob, and laser levels.
• Shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
• Demonstrates ability to work without direct supervision.
• Analyzes blueprints effectively.
• Cleans and maintains workstation, tools and manufacturing environment.
• Consistently follows workplace safety procedures and ensures manufacturing crews are working safely according to company policies.
• Consistently completes tasks on time, within budget and in a safe manner.
• Analyzes upcoming tasks and anticipates equipment, procedures and training needed to complete work in a safe manner.
• Designs and builds wood shipping crates and packages for various projects throughout the facility.
• Actively participates in Faith\'s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
