You will share in the team's impact on all aspects of supply chain operations, driving organizational and policy change to enhance Blue Origin's bottom-line.Our Supply Chain Subcontract Administrator will be a team member of the SOW Subcontractor labor (aka SOW Consultant) and Professional Services team.

You will ensure program requirements are appropriately prioritized and implemented to meet the needs of Blue Origin.
You will need to become competent in Blue Origin Supply Chain compliance standards, strategies, and initiatives.The successful candidate will have, excellent oral and written skills, and solid communication skills.
You will also have experience preparing and issuing Requests for Proposal, performing cost analysis in support of proposals, and have developed negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations.
You have experience in constructing various contracting types for major procurement activities to meet the requirements of the programs and needs of the business to include continuous improvement initiatives, and identification of opportunities for enhanced efficiencies.
You will support the overall procurement organization's strategic direction and ensure corporate strategic objectives are achieved to include delivery of production materials that are on time, within budget and meet technical performance requirements.You will oversee subcontractor invoices and payments.
Handle SOW subcontractor modifications and resolves disputes.You will conduct source selection and apply negotiation strategies for contract terms and conditions, milestones, renewal and termination schedules, end of life cycle management, and supplier performance.Qualifications:
