Sales Manager Job Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business development.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to support overall business objectives.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management review.

- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in an automotive sales management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
