What We Offer
- $18.52-$22.68/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates
- 100% employer-paid health insurance including medical, dental, vision, Rx, 24/7 telemedicine
- Profit sharing & 403(b) retirement plan available

- Manage and update reports and registries for the PCHH team.
- Conduct audits for procedures and data. Identify process improvement ideas.
- Facilitate Release of Information forms, handle mail and faxes
- Provide Obstetrics support and chart review assistance to PA/NP, and support staff as needed
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Associate s Degree or Certificate from an accredited technical school preferred
- One year's experience working in an office setting, preferably a medical or dental office
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred at level 9 for bilingual differential pay
- Ability to prioritize work and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, with frequent interruptions
- Ability to effectively interact with patients, providers, and staff in a professional manner
- Basic proficiency in Electronic Medical Records, Word, and Excel
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is desired
