• Inspire and guide design experts in the residential building industry to integrate offsite solutions with integrated MiTek products
• Educate key stakeholders on new and existing Company innovations
• Grow the use of offsite solutions with integrated MiTek products by understanding technical and non-technical building challenges
• Share customer feedback with internal departments to support product development
• Independently identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to grow sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of customer relationship management
• 2+ years in the Home Building and/or Residential Construction industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM applications such as Salesforce
• Licensed Professional Engineer (any State Board) preferred
• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Experience in the construction market and knowledge of how MiTek products are used
• Comfortable presenting to a technical audience
• Passion for learning and collaborating with teams to solve complex problems
