Aspire Health, PLLC is a medically supervised weight loss management program located in the Greater Kennewick Area. We provide an individualized, custom weight loss treatment program for men, women, and children aged 12 or older. Our program is open to both self-referred and provider-referred patients, and we also assist patients who need to meet pre-operative weight requirements or maintain weight loss after bariatric surgery.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients in the weight loss management program. This includes conducting routine health assessments, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, prescribing medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. The Nurse Practitioner will also provide patient education, promote healthy lifestyle choices, and facilitate ongoing support and follow-up care.
Qualifications
- Current valid Nurse Practitioner license
- Experience in primary care or related field
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of weight management principles and practices
- Ability to educate patients on healthy lifestyles
- Experience with patient education and counseling
- Electronic medical records experience
