We are seeking a New Car Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Hyundai of Kirkland. This is an entry-level sales manager opening, meaning; the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in new car sales within a dealership setting and while prior New Car Management experience is not required, a strong background in new car sales, and a proven track record of success are mandatory.

We are seeking a New Car Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Hyundai of Kirkland. New Car Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the new car sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team goals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales promotions and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers and the sales team.
