We also help companies understand their business travel expenses and fulfill their duty of care.We are seeking a Software Development Engineer III to join our team of experienced software developers.The Egencia Search team builds features and tools to empower our travelers to search all our product offerings and be able to book their complete trip on the site.The team's responsibilities span web development and backend micro-services using multiple languages and frameworks including Java, React, Spring, and KotlinWHAT YOU LL DO:
Contribute to refining business requirementsHelp design, build, and maintain high-quality productWrite unit, automation, and integration tests to ensure the quality of your product.Collaborate with teams across the organization and regionsParticipate in design and code reviewsSeek new skills to improve your work and organizational practicesEnthusiastically look for ways to make our customers' experiences betterWHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor's / Master s in Computer Science or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience4+ years of developing and delivering highly available enterprise web applications in Java development environment a mustStrong experience in front-end web technologies including JavaScript, Node, or ReactExcellent problem-solving and strong communication skillsExperience supporting the infrastructure and deployment pipelines of applicationsExperience applying engineering principles to improve existing systems including leading complex, well-defined projectsPrior experience mentoring junior engineersCommunicates with clarity and precision, presenting complex information in a concise formatRelocation (Y/N):
NLocationBellevue, Washington, United StatesThe base salary range for this position in this location zone is from $127,000 to $177,500.
The range provided includes the base salary that Egencia expects to pay for the role.
Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to be nominated for awards under our Equity Incentive Plan.
