MUNKAKÖR CÉLJA:
A GE Aviation Hungary Kft. telephelyén üzemelő gépek, épületek és a hozzájuk tartozó infrastruktúra folyamatos működésének és rendelkezésre állásának biztosítása a zavartalan üzletmenet fenntartása érdekében.
II. FELADATOK ÉS FELELŐSSÉGI KÖRÖK:
- Termelő gépek és ezeket kiszolgáló elektromos hálózat elektromos karbantartása, javítása.
- Szükség szerint mechanikus karbantartási/szerelési feladatok elvégzése, vagy ezekben segítség nyújtás.
- Kiszolgáló gépek kezelése (kompresszor, sprinkler, tűzjelző központ, oltórendszerek).
- Épületgépészeti berendezések üzemeltetése karbantartása, javítása (kazánok, légkezelők, klíma, sprinkler, stb.).
- Épületfenntartással kapcsolatos karbantartások, javítások.
- LOTO eljárás felhatalmazott.
- Karbantartás menedzsment program felhasználói szintű kezelése, ebben megadott feladatok végrehajtása és dokumentálása.
- A külső vállalkozók karbantartási munkáinak ellenőrzése (esetenként munkavégzési és tűzgyújtási engedély kiadása)
- Napi körbejárások, ellenőrzések elvégzése és kapcsolódó checklistek, naplók kitöltése
- ÉFR rendszer kezelése
- Targonca és emelőkosár kezelése (ha nincs végzettség akkor próbaidő után, hajlandóság a jogosítványok megszerzésére)
- Projektekben való részvétel (LEAN, BCP, önálló kisebb fejlesztések, ötletek)
- Munka és Környezetvédelmi biztonsági előírások betartása és betartatása a balesetek megelőzése érdekében.
III. A MUNKAKÖR BETÖLTÉSÉNEK FELTÉTELEI:
Elvárás:
- Szakirányú középfokú elektromos végzettség
- Alapfokú PC ismeret (word, excel, outlook)
- Hatékony problémamegoldó képesség
- Önnálóan és csapatban is képes munkát végezni
- Proaktivitás
- Jártasság hibakeresésben
Előny:
- Emelőgép vizsga (targonca/személyemelő)
- PLC programozói ismeret
- Pneumatikus és hidraulikus rendszerekben való jártasság
- Angol nyelv ismerete
- Előny, ha LOTO eljárás felhatalmazott, vagy ismeri az eljárást
