Director I Care ConsultantThe Director I Care Consultant is responsible for strategy and implementation of Provider Success programs.
Location:
This role will support the VA, WV, DC and MD markets and work a hybrid model (remote and office).
Must reside within 50 miles/1 hour commute of an Elevance Health location in these states.How you will make an impact:
Serves as lead for management of transformation programs, development and implementation of learning collaboratives, webinars, and toolkit enhancement, including national and local strategy.
Develops communication documents and training criteria related to program success measures.
Develops documentation to support internal and external presentations as well as tracking and monitoring the value and success of program implementation.
Collaborates with Provider Success Directors and Program Directors related to program development and internal/external communication.
Accountable for developing and maintaining Internal LOB relationships as well as local market relationships.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a BA/BS; 5 years of experience in external client facing program management, primary and specialty care transformation, quality improvement, and experience in a primary/ambulatory care setting; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Transformation Program Development and Implementation RequiredPreferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
Broad range of experience with Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid programs preferred.
Hands on people leader experience preferred.MBA preferred.
Project management experience preferred.
Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary
• range for this specific position is $144,072 to $216,108.
