- Facilitate the development and implementation of the annual federal applications to include Title I, II, III, and IV
- Maintain all records needed for successful monitoring of federal and state programs Title I, II, III, and IV
- Develop a timeline of events and month-by-month responsibilities for maintaining the district Federal Program Monitoring (FPM) process
- Provide direct support to identified Title I sites and private schools to ensure timelines are being followed and grant requirements are being fulfilled
- Supervise ESL staff, coordinate the ESL instructional program, and associated assessments
- Coordinate the implementation of divisionwide and required statewide assessments
- Stay up to date and communicate to division and school staff on state assessment and accountability changes
- Train and support School Test Coordinators on the organization and implementation of state testing in their school.
- Retrieve, analyze, and prepare reports associated with division and state assessments
- Assist building administrators and departments on the disaggregation and utilization of data associated with school accountability and accreditation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced proficiency in data retrieval and formatting
- Proficiency in the Google Suite
- Student information Systems, SSWS, and OMEGA preferred
- Coordinate a wide variety of diverse project activities and services;
- Provide effective leadership;
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively, exercise judgment and creativity, organize work, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Working effectively with students, families and school staff;
- Experience working with multiple projects within required timelines;
- Experience in working with culturally diverse families and communities, and/or have otherwise demonstrated a commitment to equity and strengthening engagement of a diverse community and skill in communicating with a diverse population;
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Master's degree in education with an endorsement in administration and supervision
