The Facilities Technician performs a variety of duties in support of the facilities and grounds at Aster Springs. Greets clients and guests in a professional and welcoming manner.

Position ResponsibilitiesEssential Responsibilities
- Works with employees on special tasks as needed.
- Keeps properties clean and presentable.
- Paints facilities as needed to maintain upkeep and appearance of facilities and surroundings.
- Performs minor repairs for the facilities as needed.
- Removes snow as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Creates a welcoming front office environment, greets visitors promptly.
- Assists with maintenance of shrubs, plants, etc.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications related to Aster Springs Mission and population.
Additional Responsibilities
- Functions within the guidelines of the facility's Code of Ethics and in accordance with corporate compliance.
- Assists in promoting and ensuring that the mission, goals and objectives of Aster Springs are understood and actively supported by the employees.
- Provides a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Accomplishes organization mission by completing other duties as assigned.

Requires High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in facility maintenance.
Physical Requirements
