We are currently accepting applications for the position of Registered Nurse (RN) to work in our Aspire program at our Orem, Utah location, This is a High Needs Mental Health Program" for adolescent females ages 12-17 in Utah County.
Registered Nurse
Wasatch Behavioral Health in Orem, Utah is seeking a dedicated Full Time Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in patient care by monitoring and administering medications, recognizing adverse reactions, scheduling and coordinating appointments with psychiatric providers and primary care providers (including dental & vision), daily assessments and implementing needed interventions, and ongoing communication and coordination with members of the client's treatment team and/or family
If you have a current LPN license, you are eligible to underfill for this position.Compensation Ranges:
RN: $29.80 - $37.75 per hour ($61,984-$78.520 Annually) DOE
LPN: $20.53 - $26.00 per hour ($41,662-$54,080 Annually) DOE
Additional compensation available for Spanish speakers, after testing proficiency.
Hours: Saturday-Wednesday 2:00 PM-10:00 PM with some ON CALL shifts
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of an associate's degree in nursing from an accredited college and hold a valid license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Utah.
- Preferred qualifications include:
- Prior experience in the field of mental health.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in utilizing medical software and tools to record and document patient information is essential for this role.
