Starting Pay:
$16/hour 40 hours/week.
Seasonal position up to 120 days.
This position will collaborate with the Supervisor to become the authority of all product parts and serve as a liaison between the various departments where parts are involved.
They will help, as needed, under the direction of each departments preferred guidelines and procedures.
Liaison between the following departments and expected functions with each:
Customer Service Aid in breaking down product units to verify what parts are replaceable and which are not focus on assembly, functionality, troubleshooting, replaceable parts, and instructions on those.
Provide Customer Support team options for parts substitutions where available.
Maintain Airtable Parts List and One Stop Shop.
Respond to tickets tagged regarding parts questions.
Compliance Run weekly mis-ship report and provide to all departments involved in improving.
Help facilitate bi-weekly phone calls with the Factories.
Supply requested parts reports.
