Abacus Technology is seeking a Facility Operations Manager to support emergency and building management for the Command, Control, Communication, Intelligence and Networks (C 3 I&N) Directorate at Lackland AFB.
This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities Provide established policy on all issues, processes and procedures related to emergency management to building occupants.
Work with the Base Safety Manager and other base personnel to coordinate emergency and safety management processes and procedures.
Work with contractors, vendors, base civil engineers and other base personnel on all activities required to maintain the office building.
Track requested and scheduled projects relating to design, and maintenance of the facility and supporting equipment (e.g.
HVAC, Fire Alarm).
Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
Record and maintain information on safety certifications and inspections.
Manage data, adjust and track work orders.
Act as a liai.
