*Green Driver (CDL)*

* Fully understand how to operate and safely drive your assigned vehicle
* Drive vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) over 26,000 lbs.
* Pick-up and safely transport goods, live product, etc. to intended destination. Assisting with product unload is required.
* Ensure contents are properly secured in truck, flatbed or bucket to prevent damage/injury
* Obtain signatures to confirm and complete deliveries
* Assist in mapping driving routes
* Stay on predetermined route and ensure timely transport and delivery
* Communicate with dispatch as needed
* Confirm that the contents of each shipment load matches the manifest document
* Perform inspections of your vehicle prior to and following each trip
* Check weather conditions and road reports before departure
* Always ensure your vehicle is kept clean
* Maintain and service vehicle as needed (refuel, change oil, tire pressure, repairs, etc.)
* Notify managers of any major maintenance or delivery issues encountered
* Follow delivery schedule and rest at appropriate times
* Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs
* Track and report working hours
* Adhere to company rules and regulations
* Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive in according to the weather/road conditions
* Comply with ICC and DOT regulations; Maintain Driver Logs
* EDL Driving Compliance & OSHA Safety compliance
* Maintenance of appropriate paperwork
* Picking up trailers and delivering to the stores, corporate office or to swap with another cab
* Maintain trailer and equipment including but not limited to locks, tarps, straps, dunnage, racks, shelves, etc
* Comply with GEO Tab standards
*Minimum Driver Requirements*
* Applicants must meet all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Qualifications;
* Have a valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) with proper endorsements in the applicants state of residence
* No current CDL suspension or revocation
* No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 5 years (this includes DWIs, DUIs and BACs)
* Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
* Good DAC Report
* Clean Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) Report
* A stable work history and good references, previous employers and references will be checked and must be verifiable
* Must provide no less than three (3) years of previous work history, applicants must also provide work history for all commercial driving jobs for the past ten (10) years
* Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
* Successfully complete orientation
* Must pass a background check, DOT drug test & Medical Certification (Fit-for-duty test) per FMCSA
