Responsibilities:

The Omni Activation Senior Analyst will be a key support in the eCommerce growth acceleration driven by our paid search channels by the analysis they provide on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. This role will partner closely with the eCommerce Content & Paid Search team to create in-depth reporting that will drive actionable insights that will continue to drive the search optimization strategy.

• Prepare weekly and monthly retail media and consumption reports across our various retail and media platforms. Reports are inclusive but not limited to consumption in sales and units, weeks of supply, campaign performance, keyword, share of voice, and item level detail
• Prepare monthly eOriginated Sales Reporting providing Finance performance measures to translate unit performance into net sales
• Prepare monthly eOriginated share files while providing actionable insights to the organization
• Analyze weekly campaign performance to identify optimizations that maximize ROI and potential investment
• Work with internal team to optimize and report out on scheduled activations and promotions
• Provide actionable insights to all activation reporting (ad-hoc, quarterly, etc.) adding context to overall performance and optimization in a way that is digestible for all levels of the brand organization
• Build clear, concise, and cohesive quantitative analyses inclusive of strong data visualization
• Responsible for learning all relevant tools for reporting, analytics and competitive analysis including retail media platforms, enterprise paid search management tool, and eCommerce market intelligence tools (Circana, Stackline, Pacvue)
• Lead keyword tracking, share of voice monitoring, and keyword optimization efforts in partnership with the broader paid search team
• Central owner of competitive landscape monitoring & tracking, reporting findings of opportunities and threats within the activation landscape
• Become a subject matter expert of the grocery paid media landscape, changes to retailer platforms, and new advertising opportunities.
• Support the Omni Activation Team with additional reporting needs
• Partner closely with Finance to ensure internal metrics for performance are being maintained

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in eCommerce, Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in eCommerce Analytics or Digital Marketing Analytics
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Word
• Experience with enterprise data visualization tools (PowerBI)
• Proven analytic and quantitative decision-making skills, performing detailed analysis, and communicating recommendations
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Time management skills, ability to multitask, problem solve, set priorities and plan
• The ability to communicate information accurately, clearly and as intended
• Ability to build strong partnerships across the stakeholders within the eCommerce organization
