Company is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and participate in the process of attracting top talent to the organization.
the TA Coordinator will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and work closely with the Senior Recruiters, HR Business Partners and Organizational Effectiveness teams within HR.
This is a critical support role for the Talent Acquisition team to assist with managing day-to-day recruiting activities, programs, events and more.
The TA Coordinator will interact closely with individuals across all levels of the organization at all locations.
Long term contract assignment.
This contract assignment has no (PTO) paid time off (this includes no holiday pay and no vacation pay).
Contractors can request for time off and take time off but please understand it s not paid time off.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Interview coordination:
scheduling (organization-wide), booking interview rooms, greeting candidates in Houston and parking validation.
Candidate travel arrangements for out of town/state interviews (i.e., booking hotel, flight, and car services by preferred vendors).
Intern and Apprentice Programs event coordination and logistics
Partners with Campus Recruiter in university relations (i.e.
scheduling on campus events such as fall information sessions or spring sponsorship opportunities, contacts students/candidates, work closely with career centers and Company s university contacts).
Program event coordination and logistics:
Coordinator will assist with the scheduling of all intern related events, reserve intern and presenter calendars, send various reminders to participants, track attendance, assist with answering questions and serve as a main POC for all summer interns.
Coordinate with partner universities for Fall campus event logistics
Partners with Campus Recruiter to coordinate internal campus ambassador program for our partner universities.
During Fall campus recruiting events:
run slide decks and videos for information sessions, order swag items to distribute on campus and catering (as needed).
Genesys Works program coordination
Partners with Campus Recruiter who oversees program, to coordinate events, orientation and programs for high school and campus interns in HR.
Reporting on weekly TA activities including DEI initiatives, requisitions, new hires, etc.
Create PO s, tracking/receiving invoices and budget tracking for all OETA team.
Track terminated employee and competitive talent landscape.
Track Employee Referral Program bonus payouts.
Create PowerPoint slide decks for TA Manager and team.
Coordinate with external vendors (job boards, recruiting agencies, etc.)
Follow-through on pre-employment process and onboarding (Background checks, employment verification, drug screenings, etc.) Coordinate monthly lunches for Human Resources department, including speakers and birthday celebrations.
