As a preferred carrier of many companies we are able to offer our drivers quality equipment, excellent benefits, and high miles that professional drivers have come to deserve and expect. Do to the increased demand for our services we have expanded our fleet. We are looking for good, conscientious experienced drivers. At Climate we know that to expand our business and operations we need to meet the needs of our drivers. Needs such as respect for driver home time along with consistent miles and accurate pay. We believe in honest communications with our drivers and nurture that with face-to-face interactions. We offer regional runs and long hauls, by assigned driver managers who are courteous and sensitive to driver's needs and concerns. Safety is a priority of our company. We have a good DOT rating and we want our drivers to have one too.

Driver Qualifications:
- 1 year recent verifiable Tractor Trailer Experience.
- Veterans Welcome!
- Women encouraged to apply
Respectful MVR & Work history. No abandonments, 1 year OTR Tractor and Trailer local Tractor/Trailer combo Experience Required.
EQUIPMENT
- 2019-2021 assigned Volvo 760's.
RAISES AND BONUSES
Annual Raises, Merit Raises, Safety & Performance bonus, DOT Safety Bonuses, Driver Referral Bonuses, Driver of the month and Driver of the year Bonus
HOME TIME
- Drivers on our freight lanes get home every other weekend for 2 full days. Some drivers get home weekly for a 34 hour restart.
- Drivers Managers work with drivers for things such as Doctor Appts etc.
PAID WHAT YOUR TOLD
- We pay you LOADED & EMPTY the SAME on Practical Miles.
- Detention & Layover Pay

- We assign loads timely so our drivers can maximize time and eliminate down time. Solo drivers.

- Excellent miles. Often drivers run out of available hours before the company runs out of miles available.
- 100% No Touch Freight
- Approximately 55% of loads are drop and hook. The rest 1 pick -1 drop. Very few multi's.
- Elite pass, Comdata fuel cards, Trans flow for paperwork, Omnitrac's E-Logs.
