- Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour, based on degree level, client contact modality (remote, hybrid, or in-person), years of licensed experience, and additional certifications/experience.
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- $200 therapist referral bonus (conditions apply).
- Marketing/advertising and a referral network to bring patients to you.
- Comprehensive EHR and platform with an integrated patient portal for streamlined communication.
- We handle billing, collections, and insurance verification.
- Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle. See clients on your schedule.
- Full-time considered as 20 sessions per week or 80 sessions a month.
- Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, up to 2 weeks PTO, and a 401(k).
- Licensed Mental Health Clinician, Professional Counselor, or Clinical Social Worker in Oregon (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD).
- Master's or Doctoral degree.
- Excellent assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Experience working with children, individuals, families, and/or couples.
- Experience with various client populations, including children, teens, adults, and elderly clients.
- Knowledge of and experience with specialized populations.
- Proficient with telehealth platforms.
- Enrollment in CAQH.
