Cash reconciliation and bank deposits; supervises morning crew on set up of pizza make- ups, salad bar, buffet, sandwich station, spaghetti and beverage bar.

Assists management with floor management of hourly employees, assists with training at all times, performs hourly duties during peak times while assisting with floor management.Late evening:
Independently supervises restaurant operations through slower late evening hours and through closing; supervises cleanup, both as you go and scheduled deep cleaning; secures cash and building; records labor and hourly sales data.Other responsibilities:
