Job Duties:
• Ensure customers truck and trailer part needs are met on every visit
• Ensure that customers are invoiced correctly
• Assist outside sales and delivery with customers part order needs
• Works closely with vendors on product knowledge and sales training
• Qualifies every order to determine customer delivery expectations
• Supports shipping and receiving by pulling pick tickets
• Responsible for inventory management and inter-branch transfers
• Identify, respond to and resolve customer issues promptly while modeling excellent customer service
• Works with customers to maximize sales and increase market share
• Acts as a liaison to outside sales to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
• Ensures safety initiatives are executed and employees are following safe work practices
• Company Training Provided
Job Requirements:
• Three to five years of experience in the truck and trailer parts wholesale/retail distribution is preferred
• Sound product knowledge and lean warehouse experience to drive continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications
