Position Summary
The
Enterprise IT and Network Team Lead
is focused on leading the responsibility to ensure uptime and integrity of critical IT systems and applications. Additionally, this role is responsible for all areas of IT Operations including, enhancing the IT systems and operations, server/workstation patching and maintenance, day-to-day customer support escalations, workstation configuration and management, and troubleshooting complex issues in coordination with various teams and partnering companies. This role serves as a mentor and source of guidance to other team members.

Technical Skills Required
Deep understanding and working experience with Microsoft 365 suite of services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online);
Deep understanding and working experience on MEM/Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, 365 Security, Defender and Windows Auto Pilot;
Applied experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Active Directory and Group Policy management in a managed environment;
Applied experience and working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL;
Applied experience and working knowledge in Azure Active Directory, Enterprise Application (SAML), Conditional Access and MFA;
Applied experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS, specifically in the areas of Azure Networking, Azure Application Gateway, Azure Policy, Azure Resource Manager, Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, Azure Runbooks, Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines;
Applied experience and working knowledge in developing PowerShell scripts;
Applied experience and working knowledge of Next-Gen Firewalls;
Good experience in the design and managing of Atlassian Jira/Confluence and related suite of products;
Experience in designing and working with infrastructure architecture, including public and private cloud, WAN/SD-WAN/LAN/Wireless networking, virtualization, identity, security, and storage;
Extensive experience and understanding of IT infrastructure, including backup management, upgrading systems and applications, patch management, performance tuning, monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery.
Experience with the design, planning, implementation and managing of network components switches, routers, firewalls, VPN tunnels and configuration of end user devices, wireless access points and other wireless devices.
Familiarity with ITIL processes including work request ticket, Incident, Event, Change, Problem, Inventory, Purchase, Facility - management and CMDB.
Ability to create and maintain internal procedures, ensuring that all documentation, runbooks, knowledge base articles are up to date.
Experience working within Excel to compile data and reports.
Serving as a mentor to your peers through knowledge transfer and skills development

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related
5+ years experience building, troubleshooting, IT systems and network devices in an enterprise environment, with incident response experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience in providing excellent customer service and technical support
Cisco CCNP or equivalent
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate
Fortinet NSE4 or higher or equivalent certification
Atlassian certification relating to JIRA/Confluence, though not a requisite, is advantageous
