A permanent Occupational Therapist needed to join an established critical access healthcare facility located in a friendly prairie town in South Central South Dakota.
Located in a community where neighbors are more like family, the health systems team is dedicated to ensure they are providing the best care possible for their community and surrounding areas.
This sweet rural town is surrounded by endless grassy fields, hiking trails, nearby lakes, and camping grounds, filled with friendly folk who enjoy the laid-back lifestyle and value community.
Total Reward/Position Details and Highlights:
Generous base pay.
Full benefit package and 401k.Sign on bonus, relocation reimbursement eligible (specifics will be discussed during the interview process).Full-time position.
(Monday-Friday, 5-8s)Outpatient setting.
No call coverage.Great collaborative team and resources to help you thrive in this position.
To Be Considered, You Will Need:
Occupational Therapy License in SD, or the ability to obtain an Occupational Therapy License in SD.
COVID vaccination preferred (can apply for exemption).
Great peer reference and in good standing.
Community:
Summers are warm and mostly clear, while winters are cold and snowy with lows near freezing.
Small-town atmosphere makes it easy to get to know your friendly neighbors and quickly become part of the community.
The town has an abundance of outdoor activities to enjoy, with access to nearby lakes, trails, and parks for hiking, biking, and fishing.
There are also several annual events hosted in the area that provide fun for all ages and create a sense of community spirit.Airport located within a 2 hour drive.Within 2 hours drive to metro, and urban cities.
