Role Overview:
Reporting to the Director of IT & Security, this role will be an IT business enabler, responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving the corporate technology used by employees. You will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and improving our entire suite of third-party applications. You will proactively seek ways to empower all Omatic employees to work efficiently, productively, and securely from anywhere (in office and remote) by maintaining, improving, and creating orchestration for our entire SaaS portfolio and supporting those systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting processes and workflows to enhance and enable the overall employee experience.

What You Will Do:
Collaborate cross-functionally with different business stakeholders to increase automation and ensure internal systems are secure
Manage and administer MDM platforms and endpoint compliance, including deployment, packaging, policy enforcement, endpoint security, and deploying software/apps via the MDM platforms
Installing, configuring, and maintaining network equipment (physical and virtual)
Administer and monitor EDR/XDR solutions to secure endpoint devices
Leverage scripting skills to automate routine tasks
Create and maintain user-focused and IT-focused documentation
Administer Omatics 365 environment and manage IAM across all Omatic business systems
Implementing and maintaining SSO to third party systems
Day to day IT maintenance tasks (assist with help desk tickets as needed, systems admin tasks for issues and executing software, systems, and configuration changes)
Security operations Monitor, analyze, and maintain systems to safeguard internal information systems and networks
Participate in the continual refinement of processes to ensure the highest possible business enablement for our employees (Make technology an enabler, not a hurdle allowing employees to do what they are experts at doing.)

What You Will Bring to Omatic:
5-7+ years experience in progressively more responsible roles in IT
Expert in administering Microsoft 365 and Endpoint Manager/InTune
Expert in administering and securing Azure VM's
Deep technical knowledge of Windows, Mac, & Linux
Experience with MDM solutions for Windows and Mac (Intune and Mosyle Business)
In depth knowledge of networking (DNS, DHCP, wifi, network security)
Scripting experience (Powershell, Azure CLI)
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Effective project management and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Security/privacy driven
Commitment to high integrity
Experience or interest in learning about compliance/GRC
Experience implementing and maintaining EDR/XDR solutions to protect endpoints
Nice to have:
Microsoft 365 and Azure certifications (Security and Architecture)
Experience implementing CIS technical standards.
Ability to document technical processes in detail
Experience with security and compliance audits (SOC 2, HIPAA, etc.) and gathering required audit evidence.
