What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead client onboarding calls and ensure a smooth entry onto the Kyra platformTailor deployment strategies to fit each client's unique circumstancesProactively address client challenges and prevent churnDrive end-to-end account growth and cultivate upsell opportunitiesAnalyze campaign performance and uncover insights for future strategiesAct as a trusted advisor and showcase the value of the platform to clientsTranslate client feedback into actionable insights for internal teamsManage client invoicing and reporting with attention to detail
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service management within an influencer agencyExceptional written and verbal communication skillsPositive attitude and ability to maintain client relationships during challenging timesCollege degree or equivalent educational backgroundProactive approach and forward-thinking mindset
