Tambin trabaja con un equipo de asistentes de maestros(as) del saln de clases y miembros de la familia para implementar el plan de estudios para lograr resultados para los nios(as) de todas las habilidades.

Responsabilidades:
- Utiliza el conocimiento de los principios del crecimiento y desarrollo infantil para trabajar con los nios y comunicarse con las partes interesadas internas y externas.
- Mantiene un plan de estudios y un entorno de aprendizaje centrados en el nio que fomenta la interaccin social positiva, la participacin activa en el aprendizaje y la automotivacin para promover el desarrollo en todos los dominios de los nios de todas las capacidades.
- Aborda los comportamientos desafiantes observando para determinar las posibles causas del comportamiento, implementando medidas preventivas, enseando al nio nuevas habilidades sociales y de comunicacin y asocindose con las familias para apoyar al nio en el hogar.
- Utiliza observaciones de nios y notas anecdticas para documentar el progreso de los nios e individualizar el currculo.
- Realizar tareas como:
- Coordinacin de comunicacin y servicios
- Mantenimiento de registros e informes
- Monitoreo continuo / Autoevaluacin
- Planifica e implementa experiencias de aprendizaje que promuevan el desarrollo intelectual y fsico de los nios, incluida la mejora de la preparacin de los nios para la escuela mediante el desarrollo de su alfabetizacin y conciencia fonmica, impresa y aritmtica, su comprensin y uso del lenguaje, su comprensin y uso de conocimientos cada vez ms complejos. y vocabulario variado, su apreciacin por los libros y su capacidad para resolver problemas.
- Establece y mantiene un entorno de aprendizaje seguro y saludable.
- Apoya el desarrollo social y emocional de los nios.
- Fomenta la participacin de las familias de los nios en un programa Head Start/ Early Head Start y apoyar el desarrollo de las relaciones entre los nios y sus familias.
- Participa en reuniones, eventos y capacitacin asignados segn sea necesario.
Requisitos:
- CDA o inscrito para completar dentro de 2 aos; o tener un ttulo en cualquier campo o estar inscrito en un programa que conduzca a dicho ttulo.
- Experiencia previa con nios de 0 a 5 aos.
- Se requiere un examen fsico y verificacin de antecedentes para este puesto.
