La Concha Resort es un resort de lujo moderno en Condado, Puerto Rico con historia desde el 1958. Responsabilidades:
- Saludar y reconocer a todos los huspedes segn los estndares de la empresa, anticipar y atender las necesidades de servicio de los huspedes, y agradecer a los huspedes con una apreciacin genuina a su llegada.
- Servir a los huspedes en todas las reas de la piscina y la playa proporcionando el ms alto nivel de servicio posible de manera eficiente, corts y profesional.
- Manejar todas las tareas de acuerdo con las polticas del hotel, procedimientos, normas internas y estndares.
- Ser responsable de todos los aspectos de la playa (sillas, toallas, limpieza, etc.).
- Ser responsable de la preparacin diaria de todas las sillas y cabaas de la playa.
- Comunicarse eficientemente con los restaurantes y otros departamentos.
- Estar informado sobre las operaciones diarias del hotel, revisar las hojas de eventos diarias, los tablones de anuncios y estar al da con todos los cambios, nuevos procedimientos y eventos.
- Seguir todas las polticas y procedimientos de la empresa, as como las polticas de seguridad y proteccin; reportar accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo inseguras al gerente; y completar la capacitacin en seguridad y certificaciones.
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones de trabajo positivas con los dems, apoyar al equipo para alcanzar objetivos comunes y escuchar y responder adecuadamente a las preocupaciones de otros empleados.
- Realizar otras tareas razonables segn lo solicitado por los supervisores.
Cualificaciones:
- Orientado/a a la hospitalidad
- Debe ser fsicamente capaz de levantar, empujar, jalar y transportar sillas y toallas al por mayor que pueden pesar hasta 80 libras (aproximadamente 36 kilogramos)
- Capaz de manejar situaciones difciles de manera efectiva
- Capaz de trabajar rpida y eficientemente, especialmente bajo presin
- Debe estar dispuesto/a a trabajar fines de semana y das festivos
- Disposicin organizada
- Totalmente bilinge (espaol e ingls)
