Compensation:
RICBT is a genuinely multidisciplinary mental health, psychotherapy, and coaching practice in Rhode Island (and Connecticut, under the OneCBT brand) specializing in evidence-based, cognitive behavioral approaches. We are passionate about helping people overcome a wide range of emotional problems (such as anxiety and depression) and helping them thrive as students, spouses, parents, or professionals. We have over eighty psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, and nurse practitioners practicing in six locations (East Providence, Barrington, Lincoln, Warwick, and North Kingstown in Rhode Island and New Haven, CT) and serving a wide geographic area. We focus on two primary aims at RICBT. First, we strive to amaze and delight our patients with how rewarding it can be to work with us here. We seek a Licensed Therapist to join our team in East Providence, Rhode Island.
Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
- Fully Licensed LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC for practice in the state of Rhode Island
- Can commute to the East Providence, RI, location
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy in both individual and group settings
