Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Transitional Care - TCU to join our travel team in Portland, OR! This is a full time travel contract position.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Active OR CMFC RN,2008.658#.#8 license
- 2+ years of Transitional Care - TCU experience
- This position begins on 07/22/2024 and ends on 10/21/2024
