Pay:$25 - $30 / Hour

Responsibilities:
As an LPN with Faithful Nursing,you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and safety of ourclients. Your responsibilities will include:
- 1-on-1 skilled care to patients in their own homes based on the care plan developed between the patient, agency, and PCP.
Experience:
To excel in this role,candidates should have at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in thefield of home health. 1 year experience with Hoyer lift, trach, and ventilatorpreferred.
Requirements:
To be considered for thisposition, candidates must have the following:
- LPN License
- 2 Forms of I.D
